Hi, my name is Brianne, and I am a foodaholic. There, I said it! If only there was some group meeting once a week that could help solve that problem… I would say that’s the gym, but even working out and trying to eat healthy doesn’t stop my intense desire for delicious, amazing, abundance of food! However, part of my New Year’s Resolutions Project is to get in better shape and become a healthier person. So off I go on a journey to find a balance between eating delicious yet healthy food, and having both self discipline/self control and enjoyment. I will try to keep my posts along those lines, but occasionally I might make something super buttery, sugary and fattening.
